Place smell of pish, high turnaround of staff. My daughter went to visit nanas at 2pm, she was still in bed lying in her own pish. Mum had to go in here to b assessed a few years ago, she is an alcoholic they gave her alcohol. The then Manageress thinks she knows best, sd it was only advocaat n wouldn't admit they were in the wrong. She is now care director.
I'm adding to this post 5 days after I first posted review. Nanas purse and bag went missing from room 2 days ago, Senior sd he'd get right on it. Today my daughter is phoning the home to let them know police will b informed.
