Eastwood Court is a purpose-built care home that offers a versatile environment for the practice of residential nursing care, together with a homely atmosphere that its sixty-one residents deserve to enjoy.

Together with achieving efficient care techniques, Eastwood Court staff have set up a service that takes pride in the independence of residents, allows for the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle through activity programmes and nutritious meals, as well as inviting regular entertainers to the home.

“Welcome to Eastwood Court Care Home, Giffnock We offer an excellent standard of care for the elderly on a permanent or respite basis, this is delivered by a highly trained professional team in a comfortable environment Our philosophy is simple; we want everyone to enjoy life to the full. We never forget that all our residents are individuals and we treat them with dignity, privacy and respect while offering freedom of choice and as much independence as possible. Friends and family are welcome at any time. Hot drinks and snacks are always available and guests are invited to share a meal with residents. Our cook prepares nutritious meals each day and the menu changes regularly to reflect seasonal produce. Special diets are catered for and we also have snack boxes available 24/7. Residents have freedom to choose what to do and when. There is plenty going and our activities coordinators put together a full programme which is adapted to suit the needs and wishes of our residents. Activities include quizzes, sing-alongs, reminiscence therapy, indoor games, art and craft, baking and wherever possible, trips out and about. We also have regular themed events and tasting days which are our resident’s choice. The home has an open door policy and I am happy to show you around and also to discuss any aspects of care.
