Our service offers 24hours care and support, 7days a week, to people with chronic health conditions, disabilities, old age pensioners (OAP) and vulnerable children and young people.
We provide specialist care packages to people with a range of needs, such as physical and/or learning disabilities, sensory disability, mental health, dementia, Alzheimer and palliative care support.
At Exclusive Care Services our key principles of care are to ensure a safe home environment, promote independence, empowerment and choice and ensure people stay connected to their community and loved ones. We provide effective and personalised care tailored and adaptive to client needs.
