Weald Heights is our brand new home in Sevenoaks and we believe it will change the way you look at care homes! Every element of the home has been designed to provide 5-star luxury and comfort. We believe in enabling our residents to live as independently as possible whilst ensuring their care needs are sensitively looked after.

Providing both 24-hour residential and nursing care as well as respite and convalescent care. Our care team keep their skills up-to-date with regular training courses and are competent in dementia care.

We spend time getting to know residents and their families so that we can ensure that residents can maintain their hobbies and interests. Our home also boasts its own hair salon, bar, coffee shop, restaurants and cinema.

Residents play a vital role in menu-planning at our home, we make sure that they still get to eat their favourite dishes! There is always plenty of choice on our daily menus but if a resident fancies something particular then our chefs will do their very best to make it for them.

We are proud to be accredited with the Gold Standards Framework Care Homes Programme. This demonstrates our skill and commitment to delivering high quality, person-centred care to residents at the end of their life.

From the manager

“I am a trained, registered nurse and have specialised in caring for the elderly for nearly 25 years. I believe strongly in treating people as I would want to be treated, and I carry that through the way I manage my team and how we care for residents and support their families. Before joining Weald Heights in October 2016, I had managed a care home with 62 rooms for a decade. I helped it to acquire an excellent reputation and long waiting list and set the standard in care in many ways. I’m aiming to achieve the same things at Weald Heights. Care UK is a great place to work: it’s a well-respected organisation with a vision for elderly care. It also believes in properly training, rewarding and appreciating its people, and in supporting its homes to forge strong ties with their local communities. I’m looking forward to working with a skilled and passionate team to become a beacon of superb care in Sevenoaks, in Kent, and across the South East of England.”
