Offering personalised residential care and specialist dementia care, Neale Court Care home in Lincoln is a welcoming and homely environment for those with a variety of needs. With just 23 residents, our home is small and cosy, allowing us to create a real family atmosphere. Each resident has their own self-contained flat, with personal lounge, fitted kitchen and private ensuite shower. This helps to promote independence for both our residential residents and those living with dementia, while our friendly and compassionate staff are on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that they are safe and well looked after. We get to know each person in our care individually, offering opportunities to pursue hobbies and interests, from gardening to games and crafts. Our residents enjoy getting out and about, maintaining links with their local friends and making the most of life at Neale Court.

She knows our residents, staff and families well and is passionate about delivering the highest quality of care and support. She operates an open-door policy and is more than happy to welcomes families and residents to join her for a chat over a cuppa at any time.”
