At Windrush Care, we support people who need care and wish to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
We understand that the need for care comes about for a variety of reasons and that every individual has different care needs. So we discuss the options with you, designing our care to support your personal choices and requirements.
We will arrange a no obligation, free assessment meeting at your home to ensure we have a clear understanding of your needs, preferences and priorities. We are not pushy, we are not a sales team, we are Care professionals who are passionate about giving the best quality care.
We will discuss which care options might best suit you and how it would all work and what the costs would be. We then agree a personal care plan to meet your needs, which can evolve to respond to changing requirements if your situation alters.
We know that the decision to have care support can be a difficult one and that there are a lot of questions to ask and options to explore.
We are here to help answer those questions and to explain the process and choices so that you can decide what is right for you and your particular situation.
Our carers are carefully recruited for their desire and ability to deliver care to the highest standards, and in a friendly and compassionate way.
They ensure our clients receive excellent care, providing practical support, comfort and reassurance whilst also bringing peace of mind for family and friends.
Every Windrush carer is given specialist training to the new Care Certificate standard and is fully supervised; their training and professional development is on-going.
