Willows Care Home is a modern, purpose-built care home with a beautifully maintained garden in a residential area of Romford. The home has been carefully designed to offer the advanced facilities residents need while retaining a warm and homely atmosphere.

When entering the welcoming reception area, residents immediately get a sense of how bright and spacious this home is. The communal areas provide plenty of space for residents to entertain their guests, who are always welcome to stop by for a chat.

Willows Care Home has 72 bright and spacious bedrooms spread over three floors. Each is comfortably furnished with plenty of space for wheelchair access.

Residents are encouraged to personalise their room with pictures, family photographs and ornaments of their choice. All rooms have en-suite or wet room facilities and large windows. Some ground floor rooms also have French windows opening onto the garden.

Each floor has a team of nursing and care staff that is available 24/7, supported by dedicated teams of chefs, activities, administration, housekeeping and cleaning staff.

There is also a dining room and lounge on each floor where residents can gather for meals and group activities or socialising. As maintaining a homely feel is important, the lounge can be arranged to suit residents' preference for quiet time as well.

Nursing care residents mostly live on the ground floor, where those who are more mobile can get around easily between their own room and the dining room or lounge.

The large, landscaped garden at Willows is fully wheelchair accessible. It offers plenty of seating space to enjoy in pleasant weather when the ‘garden café’ provides residents and guests with tea and fresh pastries.

Many residents like to look their best, so a dedicated hair salon provides on-site hair and beauty facilities once or twice a week, and is very popular.

There is no minimum age for residents.
