Meadow Park is a purpose-built home offering 24-hour residential care to older people, including people living with dementia, who are supported in a specialised Memory Lane Community. We're located in Bedlington, near to both Newcastle and Morpeth and close to the coast, too. We have our own gardens, which many residents help care for.

Our approach to care is based on a right to dignity, choice and independence. Every resident has a care plan, which records needs, likes and dislikes. It forms the basis for planning mealtimes so that everyone gets what they most like to eat, for individual and group activities and for helping sustain social lives. Residents and relatives are at the centre of the care planning process, which is reviewed at least monthly, and a nominated key worker helps to ensure that residents and families have someone they know they can turn to for advice and help.

It’s always best to visit yourself and come to your own conclusions: we welcome visitors and calls.

Life at our home is composed of many key elements, not least of all, a dedicated team who strive to deliver high quality care, exciting activities and delicious food for the individuals we support. These services are enhanced by our excellent facilities, which serve to make residents’ time here as comfortable as possible.
