From the manager

“Hi, I’m Anne and I have worked at Broadlands for over 20 years, the last fifteen years as manager. I have an extremely dedicated and committed team who all deliver person-centred care. We work together in our residents’ home supporting them to “live the rest of their lives” to the full. Each one of our residents’ is an individual and their wishes, choices and preferences are always respected. My personal philosophy is that we are privileged to work in our residents’ “home” and look after our residents’ as we would our own family. Relatives and friends are always welcome. I am very approachable, along with the rest of my management team and we are always happy to help.”
